Kongo
Kongo is an orchestrator and communication system for coding agents. It makes multi-role teams cheap to assemble: autonomous agents that talk to each other, each with its own goals, priorities and values.
The conflicting interests are the point. Confronting them is what brings value out of the conversations.
The thesis is simple. Communication is the most expensive domain in any enterprise, so an enterprise built out of agents needs it to be fluid.
cmux is the workspace they run in, one pane per git worktree. Plan de Scène is the first real application: a small, highly interactive tool, built and maintained by three autonomous agents.
HARP
Finding a sustainable way to maintain HARP. Also testing Rust web frameworks, to see how much faster it can get.
Music
At the piano: pentatonics and quartal voicings, open and closed. Diminished usages. Sixth-diminished block chords. Stride. A lot at once, and all of it foundation for the rest.
The most important part is none of that. It is the basics: technique, and time feeling.
