What is processed, and why

Audience measurement (Google Analytics 4)

With your consent, this site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure visits. It processes cookies and usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device, truncated IP address).

• Purpose: visit statistics.
• Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Recipient: Google.
• International transfer: data may be transferred to the United States, framed by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Before consent: Google Analytics is not loaded and sets no cookie until you accept. See the cookie policy.

Hosting and server logs (Vercel)

The host (Vercel Inc.) keeps technical logs, including IP addresses, to operate and secure the site.

• Purpose: operation and security.
• Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention

Analytics cookies expire up to 13 months after your last visit (see the cookie policy). User- and event-level analytics data is retained for 14 months in Google Analytics. Server logs are kept by the host for the duration set in its own policy.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise them, write to romain@dorgueil.net.

You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
